1. Overview

Pro Name Generator ("the App") is a free, ad-supported iOS application that helps users create stylish gaming nicknames, browse name ideas, copy symbols, and generate clan tags. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Favorites — Names, symbols, and clan tags you save are stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• App Preferences — Your selected theme (light/dark/system), haptics preference, and onboarding completion status are stored using UserDefaults/AppStorage.
• Clipboard — When you tap "Copy," the styled name or symbol is copied to your device clipboard. We do not read or collect clipboard contents.

We do not have servers. None of this data leaves your device.

2.2 Data Collected by Third Parties

The App uses the following third-party service:

• No analytics or crash reporting (beyond what Apple provides by default)

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing Google AdMob to access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising.

• If you allow tracking: You will see ads more relevant to your interests.
• If you deny tracking: You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad formats used:

• App Open Ads (shown when returning to the app)
• Interstitial Ads (shown between actions, frequency-capped to max 1 per 90 seconds)
• Native Ads (integrated within content lists)

We apply frequency capping to minimize disruption. We do not control the specific ads shown — Google determines ad content based on their policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app content (gaming nickname generation) is suitable for general audiences, but ad content is managed by Google AdMob according to their policies.

6. Data Retention

• Local data (favorites, preferences): Stored on your device until you delete the app or clear the data.
• Third-party data (AdMob): Governed by Google's data retention policies.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any user data. The only third party that receives data is Google AdMob for the purpose of serving advertisements, and only with your consent via the ATT prompt.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your data: Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
• Opt out of personalized ads: Deny the ATT prompt or go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Limit ad tracking: Enable "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device settings.

9. Security

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks (SwiftData, UserDefaults). We do not operate servers or databases. Your data benefits from your device's built-in encryption and security features.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
